Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch is when an order leaves us; delivery is when it reaches your address. Check the product listing and any order updates for information specific to your purchase.
If a product is offered for pre-order, review its estimated dispatch information before placing your order. A pre-order dispatch estimate is separate from the time spent in transit.
Your delivery details
Check your name, street address, unit number, suburb and postcode before submitting your order. If you spot an error afterwards, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address so we can check whether it can still be updated.
Tracking and order enquiries
If you have received a tracking link, use it to view the carrier's latest updates. For help with an order that has not arrived, send us your order number and a short description of the issue through our Contact page.
